  I am so glad I moved here! I was going through a tough time when I first came in for a tour about a year ago, but I was fortunate to meet Aja, the leasing agent on site. She was SOO helpful that I felt like she was talking to me as a friend instead of as a potential resident. It's obvious she enjoys her job, her coworkers, and her residents. Even before I was officially a resident, she did everything she could to help ease my transition woes. It didn't take long for me to learn that all the staff here are helpful and display consistent customer service skills, which speaks highly of management as well. If you want to feel like your rent matters, I recommend doing business with people who care so much that they not only remember your dog's name but remember when he's sick or injured and ask how he's doing. The maintenance crew is also on top of their game. Every problem I've brought to their attention has been addressed. The neighbors are pleasant and quiet, and even the small humans here are typically well-behaved. The one time I reached out to a supervisor (about a contractor - not their regular team) I got a prompt reply with an apology and an action plan. The walls are thick enough for me to not hear a thing from my neighbors as long as my door is closed, and I rarely hear any noise from my upstairs neighbors either. As long you lean more toward function than fancy (like I do), the apartments are nice. The carpets, floors, and walls are clean. The appliances do their jobs just fine. Parking is easily accessible, even for visitors, and it's a short walk to Rio and Crown for less than anything else this nice in this area. If you're into community activities, the staff here put a lot of effort into planning family-friendly events. (I've missed a lot of them, because I have an odd work schedule, but I've heard good things from neighbors.)

  This place is ridiculous I am absolutely furious with them, the first apartment we moved into had issues, the washer was broken and it took 3 different guys on 3 different occasions to sort it out let alone that we had no stove to cook on because it was broken, the toilets kept running after we flushed and all of this was brought up to maintenance. We moved to a different apartment and we have the washer that’s broken, the stove was broken, the fireplace keeps going off and on, the dryer you literally have to run it 4 times to dry a load no joke and my electricity bill was high because of it, when you call the manager Terri she speaks nicely to you and calls you and leaves messages but when you call back she is never there, worst is when you call the office it’s a rare case you get anyone to actually pick up the phone and they never ever return calls if you leave a voice message.The staff are fine at 1st but when you tell them about numerous problems in the apartment they start to get annoyed with you and then they give you this pathetic excuse that it’s an old building and we need to keep in mind that stuff is old, I get it it’s an old building but the least you guys can do is damn well maintain the stuff. In my opinion never ever rent with them it is simply not worth the trouble and stress that it brings into your daily life.

  This place is a wonderful place to live. Location location location. It is very close to the metro to Mark train mass transit and very close to 270 and 370. The schools that your children attend when living in this complex are some of the best schools in the country. Blue ribbon schools. The staff at this apartment complex is responsive to your request repairs are done in a very timely manner the status extremely friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them extremely highly I have never lived in a place with such a competent and well serving staff. My previous place of residence was a private rental and it was a complete and utter disappointment. The place was a literally making my son sick. After I moved to Avalon's Eaves Washingtonian Center, my son has not been sick since. The manager as well as all the staff within the office and the people who keep the place together(the maintenance crew, the grounds crew )they are just utter professionals; great people. The only reason I would move is for a bigger place because I have big kids and they just keep getting bigger so just for more room but other than that I would stay here forever. This has been a really great positive experience for me and my family and I would recommend anybody to please come and check them out for yourself.

  I had the pleasure of working with Chris earlier this month. He was the listing agent on a property I helped one of my clients obtaining financing for. He handled everything from start to finish with complete professionalism and the highest ethical standards. All facets of the transaction went extremely smoothly and I would strongly recommend him to others based on this experience.
